Authorize the Division of Emergency Services and Communications to enter into a sole source contract with Motorola Solutions Inc., to provide services to deliver and install a P25 VHF digital conventional radio system and dispatch console upgrade (“System”) from the existing legacy radio environment, for an amount not to exceed $4,998,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2020. 100% Capital Funds.
