Authorize the Office of Highway Safety to enter into a sole source contractual agreement with the University of NH Survey Center, Durham, NH, in the amount of $49,882 to conduct the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Seat Belt Use Survey. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2018. 100% Federal Funds.
