Authorize the Division of Forests and Lands to accept and expend a Federal Bipartisan Infrastructure Law – State Forest Action Plan Implementation Grant Award in the amount of $307,000 from the United States Department of Agriculture, United States Forest Service to be used for projects on state and private forests in New Hampshire. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2027. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on June 20, 2025.
