Description
Authorize to finalize the determination made by the Commissioner that on March 16, 2018, a Child Protective Service Worker II with the Division of Children, Youth and Family sustained an injury in the line of duty due to a hostile or overt act, or an act caused by another during the performance of duties which are considered dangerous in nature. Effective upon G&C approval.
