Description

Authorize to exercise a renewal option to a sole source agreement with Granite United Way, Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 10-21-15, item #12), for the provision of Intervention services for the State Grant-in-Aid Funds Program, by increasing the price by $50,000 from $150,000 to $200,000 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2018 to June 30, 2019. 100% General Funds.
