Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Pike Industries Inc., Belmont, NH, for resurfacing of approximately 37 miles in District I in Carroll, Coos and Grafton Counties, on the basis of a low bid of $2,624,397.50. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $131,219.88 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 28, 2018. 100% Other Funds (65% Betterment, 35% Agency Income).
