Description

Authorize the Bureau of Materials and Research to enter into an agreement with the City of Dover, for a total fee not to exceed $66,400 provided by the Federal State Transportation Innovation Councils Incentive Program through project STIC Incentive for AASHTO SPaT Challenge. Effective upon G&C approval through January 31, 2019. 100% Federal Funds.
