Description
Authorize the State Treasurer to proceed with the sale and issuance of up to $10 million of general obligation bonds through a private placement with the NH Municipal Bond Bank, should they choose to proceed with a new money issue and/or a refunding issue. Effective upon G&C approval through July 31, 2018.
