Authorize the Bureau of Historic Sites to enter into a sole source contract amendment with Avatar Construction Corporation, Cambridge, MA (originally approved by G&C on 2-21-18, item #37), by increasing the amount by $20,406 from $168,600 to $189,006 for an additional cost on roof shingles for the “Wentworth Coolidge Mansion Roof Replacement” project.
