Authorize to award a Cyanotoxin Monitoring Equipment and Training grant to the City of Keene Water Department, Keene, NH, in the amount of $6,146 to fund the development of a Site Specific Project Plan to monitor for indicators of harmful algal blooms within public drinking water supply reservoirs. Effective upon G&C approval through November 30, 2018. 100% Drinking Water SRF Repayment Funds.
