Authorize to enter into a retroactive, sole source cooperative project agreement with the Community College System of NH, to provide opportunities for qualified NH high school students to gain access and support for dual and concurrent enrollment in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) and STEM related courses that are fundamental for success in postsecondary education and to meet NH’s emerging workforce needs, in an amount not to exceed $1,800,000. Effective July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2019. 100% State Funds.
