Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to accept and expend Hazard Mitigation Grant Program funds from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for DR-4139 Jul 2013 Flooding in the amount of $9,360 for the implementation of cost effective mitigation projects. Effective upon G&C approval through August 2, 2018. 100% Federal Funds.
