Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with the New England Water Works Association, Holliston, MA (originally approved by G&C on 3/27/24, Item #54), for a NH Small Water System Operator Training program by increasing the amount by $20,000 from $40,000 to $60,000, and extending the completion date from December 31, 2025 to December 31, 2026. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Drinking Water Management Fund
