Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to retroactively amend the grant agreement with the Town of Enfield (originally approved by G&C on 12-21-16, item #66), for the purpose of completing the Lovejoy Road Culvert Project, by increasing the amount by $9,360, from $212,601 to $221,961, and by extending the end date from August 2, 2017 to August 2, 2018. 100% Federal Funds.
