Description
Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with Paxor Construction LLC, Merrimack, NH, for the Transitional Housing Units Renovations, Concord, NH, for a total price not to exceed $229,217. 87% Capital-General, 13% Other Funds. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $20,000 for unanticipated structural expenses, bringing the total to $249,217. 100% Other Funds. (3)Further authorize the amount of $10,700 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, capital clerk for oversight and engineering services provided, bringing the total to $259,917. Effective upon G&C approval through June 15, 2018. 100% Other Funds.
