Description
Authorize the Bureau of Population Health and Community Services, Maternal and Child Health Section to amend an existing Memorandum of Agreement with the Department of Justice, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 1-15-15, item #4), to oversee the Sudden Death in the Youth Registry Project, by increasing the price by $2,061 from $42,704 to $44,765.
