Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with L&M Service Contractors LLC, Orford, NH, for reconstruction of approximately 3,700 linear feet of Saint-Gaudens Road from NH Route 12A to the Saint-Gaudens National Historic Site Visitor Center in Cornish, on the basis of a low bid of $512,017.50. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $25,600.88 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through June 22, 2018. 100% Federal Funds.
