Authorize to amend a sole source agreement with the Lakes Region Planning Commission, Meredith, NH (originally approved by G&C on 4-5-17, item #31), to complete the Development of a Septic System Assessment Model, by extending the end date to September 30, 2019 from December 31, 2018; by modifying the scope of services for additional tasks and funding for certain tasks; and by increasing the grant by $2,750 to $17,760 from $15,010.
