Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to enter into a contract with JPA III Management Co., Inc., d/b/a the Radisson Hotel Manchester, Manchester, NH, for the purpose of providing conference facilities and food service, in the amount of $49,920; and authorize to conduct the 14th Annual Emergency Preparedness Training Conference on June 5, 2018. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2018. 100% Federal Funds.
