Description
Authorize the Division of Fire Safety to enter into a grant agreement with the NH Association of Fire Chiefs, in the amount of $35,000 for activities that increase State and local effectiveness in handling hazardous materials incidents, enhance implementation of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act, and encourage a comprehensive approach to emergency training and planning. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2018. 100% Federal Funds.
