Description
Authorize to hold a Public Hearing with respect to the financing of an industrial facility by the Business Finance Authority for Pennichuck Water Works, Inc. for projects in various locations throughout New Hampshire. Action will authorize a Resolution under RSA 162-I:9 to determine the financing will serve a public use, provide public benefit and is within the policy and authority of the Act.
