Authorize the Bureau of Right of Way to transfer a well and a one hundred square foot portion of the NH Route 10 Limited Access Right of Way located on the westerly side of NH Route 10 in the Town of Grantham to Northwind Security Products LLC. This is a no cost transfer except for the Department assessing an Administrative fee of $1,100. (2)Further authorize to emendate the return of highway layout and adjust the limits of NH Route 10 Limited Access Right of Way for the disposal of the mentioned parcel.
