Description

Authorize the Division of State Police to accept and expend $657,188 of federal funds from the US Department of Justice to assist law enforcement in investigating illicit activities related to the distribution of opioids. (2)Further authorize to establish one temporary full-time position titled Senior Management Analyst (LG 26, A000) to be assigned to the Division of State Police, Information and Analysis Center. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2019. 100% Federal Funds. Fiscal Committee approved.
