Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment with Coordinated Transportation Solutions Inc., Trumbull, CT (originally approved by G&C on 3-23-17, item #A), for the management of the non-emergency medical transportation benefit offered to members of the NH Health Protection Premium Assistance Program and Medicaid fee-for-service on a statewide level, by increasing the price by $2,540,506 from $10,439,940 to an amount not to exceed $12,980,446, with no change to the completion date of December 31, 2018. 83% Federal, 12% General, 5% Other Funds.
