Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with R.S. Audley Inc., Bow, NH, for replacement of the bridge carrying Mill Street over NHRR in the town of Haverhill, on the basis of a low bid of $1,176,845.50. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $58,842.28 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 26, 2018. 100% Federal Funds.
