Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Pike Industries Inc., Belmont, NH, for pavement preservation on US 302/NH 16, from the end of the median island on NH 16 south of the NH 16/US 302 intersection northerly to a pavement joint just south of the Bartlett/Conway Town line, on the basis of a low bid of $1,891,838. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $94,591.90 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through June 22, 2018. 100% Federal Funds.
