Description
Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with CPM Constructors Inc., Freeport, ME, for furnishing and installing debris shielding and or debris netting on 15 bridges statewide, on the basis of a low bid of $1,301,159.90. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $65,058 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 14, 2018. 91% Federal, 9% Turnpike Funds.
