Authorize to retroactively accept and expend $625,824 in Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Funds for the purpose of implementing RSA 485-F. Effective October 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018. (2)Further authorize to establish five full time temporary positions through June 30, 2019. 100% Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on February 16, 2018.
