Description
Authorize to execute a sole source amendment to the contract with Pepperrell Cove Marine Services Inc., Kittery, ME (originally approved by G&C on 7-22-15, item #86), to perform moorings services associated with oil spill containment strategies and spill response boats, by increasing the amount by $20,000 to $100,000 from $80,000, and by extending the expiration date to June 30, 2020 from June 30, 2019. 100% Oil Pollution Control Funds.
