Authorize to exercise a renewal option and retroactively amend an existing contract with the Area Agency of Greater Nashua Inc., d/b/a Gateways Community Services, Nashua, NH (originally approved by G&C on 2-1-17, item #20A), for the provision of financial management services, managing payments to family caregivers for respite and support services, to issue a legislatively appropriated rate increase for these services, by increasing the price by $684,115.60 from $1,414,765.50 to an amount not to exceed $2,098,881.10, and by extending the completion date from September 30, 2018 to June 30, 2019. 50% Federal, 50% General Funds.
