Authorize the Bureau of Planning & Community Assistance to enter into a contract with the Southwest Region Planning Commission, Keene, NH, to study the feasibility of a potential intermodal transportation center in the greater Keene area, in the amount of $67,500. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2019. 100% Federal Funds.
