Authorize to enter into a sole source agreement with The Lakes Region Mental Health Center Inc., d/b/a Genesis Behavioral Health, Laconia, NH, to provide a permanent housing program to homeless and chronically homeless individuals with disabilities through the Federal Continuum of Care program in an amount not to exceed $39,506. Effective February 1, 2018 through January 31, 2019. 100% Federal Funds.
