Authorize to enter into an agreement with Mary Hitchcock Memorial Hospital, Lebanon, NH, for the provision of integrated obstetric, primary care, pediatric, and Medication Assisted Treatment for pregnant and postpartum women with opioid use disorder in an amount not to exceed $2,755,443. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2019. 100% Federal Funds.
