Authorize to enter into a contract with KJ Fisher and Sons, Inc., Deerfield, NH in the amount of $376,636 to remove, replace, repair and update outdoor structures and sidewalks in the LEDU Courtyards and TARR South Flag Deck, for veteran safety while enjoying quality time outdoors. Effective June 26, 2025, upon G&C approval through December 31, 2025. 100% General Funds
