Authorize to enter into a contract with SPS New England Inc., Salisbury, MA, for interim repairs to the Hampton Harbor bascule lift bridge carrying NH 1A over Hampton River, on the basis of a low bid of $432,800. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $43,280 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through April 6, 2018. 100% Federal Funds.
