Description
Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Nicom Coatings Corp, Barre, VT, for crack sealing along 14 Tier 2 roadway segments in the State, on the basis of a low bid of $950,690. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $47,534.50 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 28, 2018. 100% Federal Funds.
