Description
Authorize the Division of Forests and Lands to exercise a lease renewal option with WBIN Media Co Inc., Portsmouth, NH (originally approved by G&C on 3-20-13, item #33), for equipment and antenna space in designated areas at Belknap Mountain. (2)Further authorize to accept annual rental payments. Effective March 1, 2018 through February 28, 2023, with the option to extend for two additional 5-year periods.
