Authorize to retroactively amend a Brownfields Revolving Loan Fund cleanup grant to the City of Somersworth (originally approved by G&C on 5-13-17, item #79), for the cleanup of environmental contamination at the Breton Cleaners property, by extending the completion date to June 30, 2019 from December 31, 2017. No Additional Funding.
