Description

Authorize to accept and expend a sum not to exceed $886,537 from funds not otherwise appropriated for the purpose of covering projected shortfalls in general litigation expenses incurred in the defense of the State and the prosecution of criminal offenses. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2018. 100% General Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on January 19, 2018.
