Authorize the Bureau of Court Facilities to enter into a lease agreement with the Town of Newport, NH, which shall provide courtroom and office space for the 5th Circuit – District Division – Newport comprised of approximately 8,658 square feet located on the 1st and 2nd floor of 55 Main Street, Newport, from February 1, 2018 through January 31, 2021. 100% Transfer Funds (transfer from AOC, Rent from Other Agencies).
