Authorize to enter into a sole source Loan Agreement to provide the National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence/Greater Manchester (NCADD) with a revolving line of credit not to exceed $250,000, effective upon Governor and Executive Council approval through June 30, 2019. 100% Other Funds. This Line of Credit is to be repaid to the State pursuant to the terms of a Revolving Line of Credit Note and is secured by a mortgage on NCADD property at 101 Manchester Street in Manchester, New Hampshire as well as an assignment of claims against third parties.
