Authorize to enter into a sole source agreement with Harbor Homes Inc., Nashua, NH, to provide a permanent housing program to chronically homeless individuals and families through the Federal Continuum of Care program, in an amount not to exceed $86,136. Effective January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018. 100% Federal Funds.
