Description

Authorize to enter into retroactive agreements with the vendors as detailed in letter dated December 5, 2017, for the NH Refugee Health Promotion Program, in an amount not to exceed $225,000 to provide health and mental health promotion services to newly arriving and vulnerable NH refugees. Effective September 1, 2017 through August 14, 2020. 100% Federal Funds.
