Description
Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to enter into a retroactive lease agreement for a 450 square foot parcel of State owned land located on the Portsmouth Branch Railroad corridor in the City of Manchester to Outfront Media for 30% of annual advertising income for the location or a minimum annual rent of $1,100 and the one-time administrative fee of $1,100. Effective January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017.
