Description
Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to enter into a retroactive lease agreement for a 1,000 square foot parcel of State owned land located on the Manchester & Lawrence Railroad corridor in the City of Manchester to Outfront Media for 35% of annual advertising income for the location or a minimum annual rent of $23,400 and the one-time administrative fee of $1,100. Effective January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017.
