Authorize the Bureau of Planning and Community Assistance to enter into a sole source project agreement with the University of NH, Civil Engineering Department, Durham, NH, to administer the Local Technical Assistance Program for a fee not to exceed $1,005,953. Effective January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2019. 100% Federal Funds.
