Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Miller Construction Inc., Windsor, VT, for bridge preservation work on four bridges on NH 11 and NH 103 over the Sugar River in Sunapee, on the basis of a low bid of $1,777,558.15. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $177,755.82 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 19, 2018. 100% Federal Funds.
