Authorize the Bureau of Materials & Research to enter into an agreement with Terracon Consultants Inc., Manchester, NH, for the purposes of providing materials testing and construction inspection services, for total fees not to exceed $500,000. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2019. 100% Federal Funds.
