Description
Authorize the Division of Forests and Lands to deposit a $62,000 required contribution from The Conservation Fund, a non-profit land trust, into the NH Land Conservation Endowment Fund held by NH State Treasury to permanently endow conservation easement monitoring and stewardship. Effective upon G&C approval. The MOA between DNCR, CORD, and OSI was approved by G&C on 6-4-14, item #65.
