Authorize to amend a contract by exercising a renewal option with Surge Temps, LLC, Chandler, AZ (originally approved by G&C on 6/28/23, Item #224), to provide employment services for the New Hampshire Disability Determination Service, by extending the expiration date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2026, and increasing the price limitation by $3,000,000 from $5,000,000 to $8,000,000.
